Honestly fuck the police officer, he only wants to catch the guy because of some previous unfounded lack of action, now he can't see that doing nothing is what he should do which is the irony since he thinks he should have done more before but he can't see that now he shouldn't.

Same. Dude just wants to quench his grudge towards that killer. He should be celebrating and congratulating the village for doing the world a favor and killing a piece of shit like him. Why stir up shit again. Just go home or investigate other shit. Fucking dickhead

You sound like you‘re from a shithole country where vigilant „justice“ is rampant. Go and hit some thief with a stick, buddy.

But in a civilized society death cases get investigated. The detective is a good lad. The bad ones are the three idiots who didn‘t report the death, which was clearly self-defense anyway.

A civilized society wouldn't let an uncivilized man like the killer out in the first place.

They don‘t. This is a fictional story, Sherlock.
In reality he would need the O.K. of a forensic psychiatrist to be let out. And it‘s obvious even to the layman that this person is highly manipulative and dangerous.

Also, did I criticize his death? No I didn‘t. It‘s good that this piece of shit is dead. BUT that still doesn‘t mean that the government can just turn a blind eye. This is only how shithole countries do things, hence my original comment.

And they already investigated no? The policeman from the village, hell literally all of the police force except this one smartass detective closed the case. They figured out that the killer is gone, lost in the jungle for good. Keita is dead along with the mayor. No one is turning a blind eye.

Clear to some isn't the same as clear to everyone. Some people won't care or know about the truth and that's enough to jeopardize the reputation of the fig farm and the village in general. Controversy will erupt. Johnny Depp in many people eyes is still the abuser. Did you even read the manga?

Johnny Depp IS the abuser. As is Amber Heard. They are both toxic people. Why do you think they got together and stayed together so long? Well adjusted, wealthy people don’t stay with an abuser. Don‘t gobble everything up you read on reddit….

So you are implying that the law doesn‘t matter because someone’s rEpUtAtIoN might suffer? You sound like a 1950 conservative white man, who doesn‘t fault a teenager for raping a girl, because „he has so much potential, let‘s not ruin that with a trial and prison sentence“. 🤮
Shithole. Like I said.

The irony lol 😂.

The law does matter. The law dictated that the killer is in the woods and the two body in the burned storeroom is Keita and the mayor. And how nice of you to use whataboutism. So the murderer is now an innocent girl lol. Like I said, some people (you) doesn't want the truth. You want to be enraged. You want drama.
