Oh man, now's the time to win the kind and queen over. Why do I feel that the heroine might be there?

In regards to the translation question, the MTL is actually incorrect. "Tadaima" is generally translated as "Arrived" but more accurately means "returned" and is something you would say when you arrive at a location you've been to before, especially if you were invited. It is also slang for "I am home" but can be used in a number of different ways.

"Mairimashita" would be translated as "entered" but often is used as a polite way to say "welcomed to" or "Have come inside." But when paired with "tadaima" the meaning changes slightly.

In this case, the accurate translation would be, "I, Alexandra, have answered your invitation." You could also read it as "I am here" but she is basically saying that she is here, as invited, in a very polite way. Generally this doesn't make much sense in English, so the localization of the phrase makes enough sense.

Edit: I guess a direct translation of the words would be, "Alexandra has arrived as welcomed/invited (by you)"

well, it is keigo,
I think it just cannot be translated 100%

I mean, for example if my boss told me to do something somewhere else, and asked me "are you ready?"
I'll answer with "hai, tadaima mairimasu" for "yes, sir, I'm ready to go now", or the keigo of "tadaima ikimasu"
then when I'm about to leave the room, I'll just say "ja, itte-mairimasu' for the keigo of "ittekimasu"
when I come back to the office, I'll just say "tadaima modorimashita"

I hope that after she survives her destruction she proceeds to destroy all the "heros/male interests".

Taking the view that translation is about conveying meaning in an idiomatic way, not just literal correspondence, the problem with that phrase is the retention of the name ‘Alexandra’, where, in English, ‘I’ would be correct. Japanese prefers names where English prefers pronouns, so names should be replaced by pronouns where necessary to aid comprehension.

‘I Alexandra’ is highly unidiomatic, and reminds me of the way that Elgala, in Excel Saga, always refers to herself as ‘I Elgala’, which serves to indicate that she is an ignorant idiot. I don’t think that is meant to be true of this character.

If there was some type of calculator that could calculate anime/manga time irl, I would buy to calculate how many months this will take 😂

I really hope isidro exposes the merchant group's ledgers after mc has her condemnation event squashed. The things that company are doing are so goddamn evil.
You do know Isidro technically the same as that company, no?
They're both deal shady things
