Well its monthly - so 12 (but usually only 10-11) chapters per year. However the chapters are longer than the weekly manga out there. Also the author (one of them - dont know if it was the writer or the artist) was seriously ill for over a year back in 2017/2018 so it was on hiatus.

@Daelyas nah, these ship can sail just fine. tale about romance between someone in god realm and human is among most mainstream tale thing among lot Asia country.
And these gods people act is not even far from people. Honestly, i can also act so high and mighty with out the basic need of living thing
And thing between them is not the "friend ship" way. Even more no in the friend with "benefits" the way you put in.
Dude literally run from home because he have feeling and can not deal with how his father do thing. He then compromise from them and hide it from his new pal because he feel, he fear they will learn about his past.
I doubt he fundamentally think different and can not have the same feeling as human.
And just like other tale about romance between god and human, they are see as forbidden love. Which is one of the major conflict that bring up in some arc already, how he should cut the string connect between he and her. Do i say this because i so sure 100% there will be happy ending ? no. But there are nothing hold the author from doing so. Not in logic standpoint

I never ruled it out 100% or anything - and yes human+god love is even older than that in stories... I mean im European and Zeus apparently turned into a Bull and banged Europa (kinky girl apparently 🤣) to form the continent or something - Greek mythology is weird.
But still I doubt this story will end in a classic "they kiss and happy ever after" way.
