Not Authorized to create New Group [Resolved]

Hi I'm new here. I commissioned for (EN, non-h) doujin to a scanlation team that wouldn't upload here (they only uploads on insta/facebook) and they said I can upload my commissions here.
First I couldn't upload and had to make Mangadex Group. Then I tried to create a Mangadex Group but it was said that I am not authorized to create a new group. Who to contact for this issue (mod? admin? hr?)? Where to contact them (is direct discord message allowed? can someone give the forum thread to request additional authority?)? Anything else that I should know?
