Notification on new Related manga

If I see there is a new related manga, it's only by pure chance and after a while, so I think it would be good to add it.

@BEDBOI When we get an author/artist page, I think we will be able to follow those authors/artists, which is probably better than notification about related series. Because the way it currently is, aside from actual official spin-off, sequels, or prequels, doujinshi (hentai included) is also shown on that section. Imagine following a popular series like Naruto or BHA and gets notification once a week about (hentai) doujin, that would be kinda bad.

For some that would be actually good! It would be best if offered both options, but I'll settle for either.
