he already realized it, many times, he admitted this to himself already.

He even admitted this to her on a few occasions such as when Nozomi's family had to leave the apartment for a month. I think the "desire" to get away that we are witnessing is him wanting the session to end so he can get down to "private business" in response to what he sees every time.

Some of the nights mentioned in the manga when he fails to get any sleep? I'm almost 100% certain he's not just thinking of her but also enjoying himself the entire night.

I think we've progressed to the "open secret" stage where it's widely suspected or is well-known but the male MC isn't quite ready to admit it yet. He even mentioned earlier he only stresses out about interacting with Nozomi since to him, it's always a romantic conversation. With other girls, he relaxes and is at ease.

Though in this case, it seems he's just embarrassed because otherwise he signals his enjoyment of their time.
