Not quite, 3 way cycle between them and the exclamation from the guard off screen as well, hooded person clearly didn't know the guy in suit so the bubble that matches with the ?! is where it's meant to be, not attached to either of those two.

I can agree to some degree. The "origin arc" felt completely unnecessary. But it was coherent.
This just came outta nowhere, it feels like a chapter is missing. Even if we want to tie it to the MC being undead, it is still very off-kilter.

I mean, not really? It's the continuation of the arc that went on before the origin arc. The shift between the arcs might be sudden, but it's not "outta nowhere".

According to my notes, Isaac IS the long-haired long-eared man in a suit, and him exclaiming "Lord Isaac?!" does not make sense. Some dialog swapping error appears to have happened again in this release.

I think it makes more sense in this manner:
Pg.8 Panel1 Dialog1 (long-haired man): "There's no need for that."
Pg.8 Panel1 Dialog2 (offscreen character, hooded character or the guard): "Lord Isaac?!"
Pg.8 Panel2 Dialog1 (hooded character): "You won't let me attempt the challenge...?"
