Im wondering if MC feels a little sad because of his undead status.

He doesnt feel that much pleasure, but he can adventure anytime he wants...

Also, the witch place, the witch herself, was a sensation, and he doesnt much enjoy her beauty because of his undead status (though i understand he treated her as a comrade and friend and not romantic target, but.......... but........ )

The only demerit i think for him is that, over time, friend will be gone and he is alive well and kicking...

The only merit he has, there are so many potentials in his undead status and is evolving, and the only pair i can for him as romantic target was the ELVES,,, yes the ELVES waifu

@dexterstomato I don’t believe it was ever stated he can’t feel. He’s probably the same as he ever was, but just looks disgusting and has amazing strength

im catching up to the novel, and sorry you are wrong. he do feel emotion, physical sensation and admire the beuty of Lorraine. only drawback is he can't taste food when he was zombie. manga just didn't explain it

he isn't technically undead,but a magically transforming heteromorph. thus only his physical appearance changed

Regarding evolution trait

he actually aim to return to human, but afraid if he will lose the buff he got.

Wasn't it explained in earlier chapter, though? Or maybe it's just my memory playing tricks on me. At least in chapter 20 Lento was surprised about food's taste and compared it to "regaining" human senses.

@dexterstomato was just reading the novel and it talked about his emotions, looks like you were sort of right

Then it goes on to say that certain ambitions, mainly his goal to become a mythril ranked adventurer, stirs up his emotions

wait, since he killed the Tarasque, the very thing that allows the red Dragon Flower to thrive, wouldn't the Dragon flower ecosystem will ceases to exist from that point onwards? there will be no medicinal Dragon flower anymore, he just killed any hope for another adventurers in the future to harvest them from that swamp, and any hope of making medicines from them.

@Tiny_3vil Well, that still sounds fairly straight forward (if overpowered and likely to be against the rules in game mechanics sometimes). Park something like a TARDIS (let's call it #1) inside of another TARDIS (#2), then park TARDIS#2 inside of TARDIS#1. That's when we get really damn weird with the concept of space and stuff that's "bigger on the inside."
