Like Reddit NSFW threads, enable them to be created anywhere in any category. Hidden to people with hentai toggled off, visible to people with hentai toggled on.

Segregating all NSFW content to the NSFW boards when the site doesn't split NSFW manga content, only Hentai, hinders the ability of the community to interact with each other.

I said Hentai in the title, although NSFW can easily not be Hentai. Fanfic, currently airing anime, popular manga, ecchi artwork or gesture drawing.
