MC was definitely thinking with his lower head. Why does he absolutely need to NTR the bully? Isn't the point is to take revenge? He can easily destroy Tokushige's life by "framing" him of various criminal acts. Rather than destroying the probably-unrelated sister's life, he should use other method - maybe manipulating the situation so that Tokushige become an outcast and hated by everyone including the sister.

That's a common excuse to explain teenage stupidities, but with all the plot holes so far, I don't think that the author is paying that much attention to details.

NTR is indeed Asmode's proposed method. But no matter what kind of person the sister is, she shouldn't be included in the revenge if she's not already involved. She never bullied MC. Let's see in next chapter, if MC will show any reluctance in sacrificing unrelated people.

If he did that then Tokushige would have spread those photos of her. And in Japan’s society that would have ruined her whole life and she would have committed suicide.

The crucial point that most reader of this manga keep forgetting. Or willingly ignore.
Hell, in this very chapter he wanted to kidnap him directly. And still Asmodeus intervened to stop him. He CANNOT act the way he want to. Or else probably that dude would be already dead. He must please Asmodeus to have her support.
Remember before he encountered Asmodeus? When he was literally going for the kill?
