Not much happens. At the end of chapter 42, it seemed like Miku was planning to do something to Asuka (Mitsuru's sister), but in chapter 43, nothing comes of it. Instead, the focus shifts to the MC talking with Asuka. She reveals that her brother, Mitsuru, was suspended for seven days for assaulting a police officer.

Here’s the sequence of events (Chapters 39-40): Miku sent Mitsuru a picture of the MC with Asuka, leading Mitsuru to confront the MC and punch him. During the commotion, Asuka started yelling that Mitsuru was a molester, resulting in his detention.

Later, Asuka shares that Mitsuru told her he doesn’t think MC has the balls to do anything to her—a mistaken belief, considering the MC had already taken her virginity (Chapters 41-42). The chapter ends with the MC inviting Asuka to his house, mentioning that his parents won’t be home this weekend.

So no real danger as of yet like people were alluding to? I'm just terrified about CHF, given Mitsuru now knows. Anything on her in the raws?

I believe people expected something bad to happen to Asuka because Chapter 42 ended with Miku giving her an ominous smile. As for CHF, there’s been nothing significant. The last time she appeared was in Chapter 34, when Miku saw her and Mitsuru entering a love hotel. She was mentioned again in Chapter 36 during a phone call between Mitsuru and a guy named Toshi. I posted a second-hand translation of the Spanish version of that call, as the English translation was a bit off.

I mean I’m sure Mc’s morals are gone but it’d be kinda scummy (well, Scummier) if he targeted an “innocent” person versus it running in the family and her being just as shitty (if anything I’d expect even if he doesn’t act like a saint/doting brother that he’d be openly crappy in front of her bc apparently it’s implied their parents are crap? If not also treating her badly too )
