At this stage, I think the entire point of this story is mc becoming just as bad as the guy he’s trying to get revenge on. Heck, maybe demon girl was actually working with the bully before this and just loves setting up guys to destroy

Why are we still here? Just to suffer?
I think this is the first hentai protagonist I've ever seen that declared they'd get "revenge for their childhood friend" only to abandon them while he goes off to have sex and date other women for 40+ chapters...leaving her behind to fall further into despair as she continues to get raped by the very person the MC declared revenge on.
Sometimes I wonder if the moral of this story is if you're gonna go down the evil route to get revenge you should at least commit to it. Asmode, the demon lady, did seem somewhat disappointed in him when it looked like he was starting to get a soft spot for the bullies. If MC truly cared for his childhood friend and been more decisive and ruthless like the demon wanted he probably could have solved the situation sooner.
NTR Man was just unlucky and met the wrong policeman. If he met the other guy the MC would be in prison right now. The policeman's 6th sense would kick-in and determine that something suspicious is afoot and preemptively arrest him for the public's safety.

The entire reason the Demon girl is even helping him out in the first place, is because she sensed great potential for him becoming - I forget the exact terms - a demon or demon lord or something.
He wants revenge against his bullies, but it's really the demon girl's manipulations of him that makes him do the things he does, if she had stayed out of it from the get-go, he would've never even gotten to the point of having sex with anyone, let alone kidnapping and brainwashing and corrupting a ton of girls for no apparent reason.
