Great that someone picked this up though because I couldn't understand with some poor Google Lens translation of the raws how the hell Asmodeus managed to argue against calling the police immediately.

She clearly has her self-serving agenda, Takeuchi seems to do this maybe to isolate Sakuraba to keep him, but the fact remains even if this is a dumpsterfire of a story, it's true that it's usually not worth for a victim of rape to go through to re-traumatizing process of reporting it, for the little it will do, for how hard it will be to get an appropriate sentence.

Though, how awful as it is, getting caught by police red handed is in theory a slam dunk.

This chapter and that panel was great to remind us and this idiot that Asmode is a demon and not his friend. She's giving him on the short term some catharsis but I think it's clear she's setting him to fall even harder once she'll be sated.

Pretty sure it was HER that blocked his brain from even considering that possiblity and the translation didn't make that clear enough.
It makes way more sense when you consider his questioning "I didn't think of that? ME?" AND how it's already estabilished that she can control what people think of others.
