Some werewolves have differing levels of humaness in them. One of the sisters has one wolf ear and one human ear, so going outside is a pain for her as she has differing levels of sensitivity. Papa has a wolf body with human hair style.

As far as we've seen she's human - she looks totally human and it would explain why all the kids look fairly human, but that's never been explicitly confirmed. I also think Dad must have some human or vampire ancestry since he's got Senga hair
