Call me a pervert, but with that flashback of using him as a filter so she could watch herself in a mirror, and this lovey dovey stuff in this chapter - it just somehow connected the dots with all the hentai mangas/animes where dude freaks the girl in a position where she can see herself in the mirror - how the sex "shows" on her face/body if you will.
