Huh. . . I was actually expecting some plot twist like warewolf blood poisonous to him since she didnt like him at first, so she let him have at it. So its a bit weird that she just let him do it then nothing basicly happened. Empathy? Idk.

But its clear she doesn't 'feel' anything towards this fukboi vampire dude. She definitely doesn't know from 'human' perspective that act looks arousing AF. I mean, shes been a cave-genjin for almost her entire life. And She only felt shy when she saw Yutaka's expression (definitely blushing), now thats a "feelin".

I can understand why people are upset about the NTR bait. But for me personally, I think its just because theyre not 'humans'. Theyre culture in romance is definitely different. This fukboi vampire dude even get all girls contacts so just he can get some easy 'lunch'.

One thing I like is he understand that Yutaka felt jelly, hes curious but didnt press him much further, and left them alone after that. Well yeah the other girl called, but he couldve had his 'lunch' there, and didnt.

Also hats off to Yutaka for havin the balls to jump in!

I understood what the author tried to convey, but I still can't help to think it was unnecessary to do it like that lol. Plus, some stories portrait the act of sucking blood in a very sexual way, so even thought it seemed like the action per se didn't mean anything to both of them, it was still very weird...

Honestly, this chapter is terrific at making the reader realize that, 'Oh Shit, the Genjin are not humans.' subtly. The manga is slowly making us realize that Romance will never be an option between these two, or will be quite stretched out if it were. Genjins, as a species, are so fundamentally different from humans that coming to terms with loving them, as a partner, and while being a human, requires a very different mentality or a high mental barrier to cross. It seems that the MC is starting to realize it as well.

I always find it impressive that even in the most wholesome of setups, mangakas manage to seep in their creepiness. It's like they can't help themselves, and speaks volumes about their attitude towards romance and relationships.

It's always such a disappointment...
