sadly that's not how it works, with soo many spread pages being squeezed in the binding and color pages are unable to be printed. like dude, i still collect volumes my self, but i read those manga digitally for reasons.
Sure, there are manga that are made digitally to be enjoyed digitally (and hoboy is it common in manwha), just saying that drawn digitally doesn't automatically mean meant for digital.
And of course Western releases often suffer vs. Japanese ones, thankfully the ones in my country tend to always include color pages in the mix, on nice high quality gloss paper too.
