This chapter felt out of place, it would've made more sense if they'd gone to this guy first to figure out the curry powder history (because the curry powder vs garam masala issue was what started this), then going to India after.
Kinda felt like the author just accidentally found new info after he already drew all that India chapters and shoehorned it in.
