Probably going to accuse them of colluding with Tokuichi and either stealing the tofu methods from him or sharing the tofu methods with him, purely in order to show him up. As if Yamaoka and the Ultimate Menu team are incapable of coming up with good ideas on their own.

Take your time! Especially because I found the concluding chapter on one of the volumes saved on Archive.org. And while I can't read Japanese, I have a fairly good idea where this match is heading. Not 100% sure, obviously, but if the translation confirms what I think is happening, then I am once again going to be so disappointed with this manga.
(Not your fault, btw. All the blame goes to Kariya.)
