Wow, you're right! That bottle looks identical!The design of the vinegar bottle is a dead ringer for Gold Plum Zhenjiang black vinegar, an entirely different product from a different part of China. Wonder if it was an error or an intentional alteration.

I am sure he knew the Chinese seasonings he used has none of that. He has knowledge of the products from many different cuisines and countries. Also, you should remember that the seasonings he used are from the restaurant of the son-in-law of master Chow who is a true gourmet.
