Alexandra is quite the character. I love how flamboyant and overly dramatic he is. He puts so much effort into looking cool, and then Chloe just destroys his self image by pointing out that he's littering pubic hairs all over the place. The dagger at the end of each sentence, fourth wall break, was really funny too.
Jokes aside, Alexandra is quite an asshole. Instead of getting a wish, Chloe got dumped into the body of a smelly, balding, fat, middle aged, wage slave man, because he had a similar sounding name; his body was "available", and "you were full of yourself because of your good looks and authority you were born with, so I was thinking someone of the opposite could be quite good." Chloe had every right to be angry. I would be livid if I was in her position.
It raises some interesting questions. Did Alexandra actually do his job correctly, or was this an abuse of power on his part? As far as we know, Chloe didn't kill a Demon King in her previous life. And I don't think she "accomplished great deeds." But she may have "revolutionized the world" somehow, without knowing it. Basically, maybe she should have gotten a wish. If I'm wrong, then it still opens the possibility for Chloe to get a wish based on how she lives this current life. Unless there is a Demon King wandering around Japan for her to kill, she'll need to accomplish great deeds or revolutionize the world somehow. If she can do either of those things, then maybe she can go back to her original body; and maybe even her original world too.
We also got confirmation from Alexandra that there is someone else who has transmigrated from another world. The fact that someone can follow another person from a previous world, opens up a can of worms. If there are 2, there may be a 3rd or 4th person, etc. It also opens up the possibility of Chloe going to a 3rd world, after earth. She could potentially have an adventure on a totally alien world. But knowing her luck, she'd probably end up as some disgusting slug monster, tentacle creature, or an orc.
