I can't say why it was translated as herbaceous, but the viewers are saying おハーブ =o-herb (o is just a honorific prefix). In japan wwww is laughing like "lol" and it looks like grass so 草 = grass is the same and "herb" is the more refined version of grass and so it's used for a Ojou-sama. So in short it's just the viewers laughing.
