Sooo...
-They want to "revive" their old "papa", ( the extra ice cream in the restaurant scene tells us they havnt given up, dont accept the current one as same as last and are waiting for him to come back "we will be together soon"?)
- The mum was prob fcking MC's dad before he died and daughter is actually MCs sister. (Thus he is absent? Itll expalin y they are obsessed af and also chose him specifically)
-Mum cant have the kid, so they want the daughter to have the kid so that 1/2(daughter) + 1/2(MC) = their prev papa is born again? Coz the mum did say she looks just like her dad.
This is the theory im running with but itd be sad if this is true coz all the affection they show him (ik its more of a weird obsession type thing) isint coz they care for him in their weird way, they just wanna use him, they dont love him.
