I'm not sure what's going on with the warning on the first page. It says it's "Erotica," but why is the manga tagged as "Suggestive"? Also, the only tags on the official publication are 女性 (Josei - Woman) and 恋愛 (Romance).

I can disclose this much without spoiling the second part.
The whole story made me scream internally because I wanted to slap several characters. Yet, I could see things through their viewpoint, too. So frustrating.

(LOL i know this is somewhat 'grounded in reality' but the summary capitalizing KEN's name like that would've made me think he was some hyper realistic android or so instead of it being a parasocial 'gachikoi' rental bf addict story as well that scifi plot twist would probably work best as a one shot and not an ongoing series [Tho, i guess it's only capitalized like that b/c the og summary in the raws writes out 'Ken' in english to begin with, with the rest being JP kanji/katakana so maybe it is some kinda symbolism if not just some fake name since i imagine these kinda 'services' wouldn't give a real name for safety reasons])

A POV switch to "KEN's" perspective would be interesting lol, unless it just sticks to her view (which is fine) but i wouldn't be surprised to see the 'other side' with stuff like hosts/rental bfs like AsuKanojo did

I'm glad that you noticed that. I did keep that on purpose in some part of the translation/typesetting, too.
Just left the "Ken" in Tomaji just for practical reasons and also to give an insight of the actual thing. I found it amusing that all the time it was kept at KEN in the dialogues, too; whereas Berry is written in Katakana. Add on, Ken keeps switching pronouns (Boku/Ore and various degrees of "humble masculinity" in his speech pattern xD) at his own convenience so that he has her wrapped around his finger. It's his job after all.
I loved how Mochifuwa played with the sweat drops as an associated trait of Ken's character. It's visible in this first part, too.
I sort of saw him as an "android" — to quote your words — and read "KEN" rather as a trademark than an actual "stage/nickname" for him. That's why I associated a dedicated font to a certain pattern of his behavior.

I swear, this was a good one on so many levels. Especially because I'm going to take a test, soon. xD

And yeah i guess being able to be 'charming' and compartmentalizing your personality even if you're not like legit sociopathic would be quite useful for that kinda 'career choice' (that's not necessarily a bad thing but calling someone that has never really been used in a 'complimentary' context)

[I imagine this is a 'serialization', not an anthology but i could totally see a scene where it's like "Client meets them on an 'off day'/bumping into them" and seeing how diff they are and the 'magic' is gone/illusion shatters or so, which may or may not be a good thing, though i guess some ppl might not keep up appearances as strict as an idol would]

That serialization hopefully with no less than 30-35 pages per chapter with at least two double spreads. It'd be intriguing to see "behind the scenes" of a "therapist"'s life. If I remember correctly, there may be some other series (aside from Chihiro-san — which I hope someone takes over) that shows some aspects of the Adult Entertainment world from that POV. I remember reading it, a while ago. Can't recall the name.
