China only discourages sexiness most of the time (which is why Genshin female charas are capped to look like Tevyat never has anyone with ginormous boobies).

Indonesia, however, DOES censor cleavages occasionally for TV, depending on how much the censors feels about religion-based virtue signaling today. Which is a pain because absolutely fucking nobody but the most fanatical conservative islamists (the kind that whines about anything remotely haram, gets MD blocked, and thinks he’s holier than thou) give a shit about cleavage on TV.
