Any sort of content restriction/allowance is a more reasonable/rational explanation than trying to say that a US-based copyright legal statue doesn't like the cartoon boobies being posted by a group that isn't even in the US (based on their iffy grasp of English) even if we were to grant that somehow copyright law cared about the nature of the content beyond "does it belong to someone else?"
