@HDMI1 Mostly has to do with the main subject of the title, for this one it's apparently intended to be read as "The SC President is my wife". I'll include a more thorough insight once I discussed it fully with Kitsune.

This is actually labeled as hentai on MangaUpdates, so, yes, it should be labeled hentai here as well.
Honestly I was expecting "borderline-h", but it is specifically hentai.

Ignoring the hentai plot, this actually has better art than the serialized version. The faces have a rough look to them but the dark and bold lines define characters. By contrast the serialized version has soft limes that make distinguishing characters from background difficult at times.
