And one one hand, the vtuber stuff is funny and cute, but on the other hand… omg that’s not how any of that works that’s not how any of that works
I don’t know why it bothers me so much but, ahhhhhhhhh!
She cant just show up and be like “ok time to both stream from same computer” ahhhhhhhhhh
Did she bring a second camera so both of their models had tracking? They are both using gamer headsets, there is going to be so much double audio from each other’s mics. Is this not going to bring up questions of “when did you two meet that you are suddenly streaming from the same room” Does she have a strong enough computer to do the streaming plus game plus model rendering for two people? During the asmr streams, they are doing lap pillows, their models are so not being able to track that, in which case, one of them is doing the asmr, the other isn’t really doing anything. Is it even a collab at that point, what is the point of the other being there for the viewer. Also, they have no dedicated mic and seem to just be using one of their smartphones on a table, there is no way it is picking up 90% of the audio. Ok whatever, it really shouldn’t be bothering me this much.

I deeply apologize for the curse I have cast upon you. Rereading it, most things I was thinking of don’t actually seem as bad as I thought. I think when I wrote that comment, I was thinking if the times where two people in the same room are streaming together on 1 computer.
The face tracking software wouldn’t be able to handle two people on one computer since they seem to be using live2d models and I know with vtube studio, they would have needed 2 cameras. But I only really see it show their models when they are in the same room once and I don’t think it shows it on the actual computer so it could have just been a hallucination. If it wasn’t, that would mean one person would have to send the other person their model, they would have to get it setup in some tracking program, and then have multiple camera for tracking which they done have.
3d isn’t really an option since they don’t have any tracking devices on.
The other times they are together, they seem to have a static image so there isn’t an issue of models.
I give up on microphones, all 4 girls have microphones implanted in both ears so that they can do the asmr on each other. Otherwise they don’t have any mic other than a built in laptop one.
And I can only assume they only stream on one of their accounts when multiple people are together so we don’t need to worry about double streaming causing bandwidth issues and needing to share stream keys issues.
