Her eye looks weird in that side-view panel, which kind of ruins the glamour intent.
On one hand, her opening up is a step forward, but on the other, saying that she didn't want this is a step back.
Cats can't be ordered because they don't need to be ordered. They are solitary hunters and do what they need to do alone. They haven't got the faculties for such social behavior.
Well, they
can be ordered (aside from being taught what not to do), but it takes a good connection to their human. And they're still very moody about it. While they hunt alone, with obvious exceptions, they're far more social than people tend to give them credit for.
So, if Arisa doesn't suggest they could become a couple for real, Yuzuru probably won't ever say anything.
That's usually how these stories go, until something happens to push them forward.
Also, dunno what you want spoiled as it was pretty obvious A LONG time ago that these two will actually fall in love with each other and become a real couple that gets married and has a family.
It's kind of in the premise for this type of story. There are exceptions where the main couple don't get together in the end, but those, as far as I've seen, always start with a looser bond than this.
