How pitiful. After all this time and after all he has experienced, including meeting the queen of the (Greek) underworld eye to eye, Dokja is still so tiny. For what reason does he need to be nominated by Joonghyuk? Did Joonghyuk get nominated by someone else? Dude should have just stood up and said: "The next one is me, you guys sort out the rest" and walked away. He should grow some damn balls already. After Joonghyuk, he's the strongest one around, is he not?

Meh it's the inherent flaw of his character, he is a Dokja, his unique skills are contingent with his self-conception as an outsider and "fly-on-the-wall". He's also been minimized his whole life and if you've noticed constantly doubts any of the respect or adoration he receives. But I agree that he's too often wrapped up into Joonghyuk's ego and should be more assured and assertive.

He could and should actively combat his basic nature of being diminutive by forcing himself to act in a more self-assured and bold fashion. That's how people change.

For sure, it's an interesting concept (that many characters note) how he's moreso a "protagonist" than Joonghyuk in his morals and wit. Maybe if he wasn't called ugly so often lmao. No I'm just kidding there but truly he would be better off escaping his past self, which seems to be a growing trend of characterization considering the appearance of his bully and his mother.
