With all you've seen of the scenarios so far... why on earth do you think for even a second that such easy living will ever be allowed? Doesn't it all seem a little too good to be true? Why would the D-bags and Constellations, who have hounded you thus far and even rewritten reality purely to see you suffer in amusing ways ever let such a thing happen?

Also, you looked better in the suit. Much better.

Mannnn I wanna start spitting some Foucault and talking about panopticons and biopower but it's almost 6am so I'm just gonna drop some recs Birth of the Clinic and History of Madness. The White House upon a Hill is such an interesting metaphor especially because it creates some schizo connection in my mind about "city upon the hill" and a lot about the Puritans colonial-epistemic milieu of derangement and shame and the sacred.

I wonder if he's actually evil (hidden trap to his offer) or more that he was one of the 'evils' in that he basically represents 'sloth' here (i know the 10 evils don't align to the 7 deadly sins, but whatever). He's not a 'bad end' but his offer takes many people out of the progression as it offers an easy exit ramp to the madness, making it that much harder on the Joon (and now the MC) in future scenarios as there are many less people to rely on. Plus, Joon seems like the type to crash and burnout and stay here, ending his regressions early, thanks to his regression sickness.
