On-page comments

Please add a feature where people can leave comments on manga pages.
It makes for a more interesting discussions since they can be placed on a specific panel.
Here's an example of how it looks like.

Why? I really like this way of placing comments, because it allows immediate discussion. And sure, should be a way to hide it if desired.

This seems much more demanding on site resources than the current comment threads. Given MD is already stretched to the breaking point at times, I don't see this as a good use of those resources.

Heck yes, let's merge it with Drive so we can place random comments on literally any space of the pages, infinite comments are infinite fun.
