Lmao the fact that this is too perverted for people amazes me. Just because it doesn't conform to the conservative sexual morality of your average romcom. To me this is a very mild level of perversion. As opposed to something like Chained Soldier or To Love Ru. Interestingly enough I think it has to do with shame. The shame prevalent in those works acts as an obeisance to what is sacred. And people are comfortable because of the transference of their own shame onto the pervert in those works. There is no shame here, his sexuality is his morality, in fact it's his raison d'etre, his release from the shame of accepting mundanity. So the shame has to be withstood by the reader.
