I am so glad that of all the guys hanging around her that Moon-Yi was the one with her in the midst of that crapfest.
Going through something like that with someone can create an strong emotional connection.

I'm so glad she listened at the door before going in so there is no misunderstanding.

Her mother has a level of emotional co-dependency and lack of self-esteem that make her almost a desperate parasite on her daughter. I suspect that if her husband said to leave her daughter she would do it. If her husband told her that killing herself would make him love her more, she would do it. OR maybe she would snap out of that emotional trap she's in.

The father is a piece of work. Narcissism come to mind. Sociopath comes to mind.

I am so glad they didn't discover who her "boyfriend" was. Her father really, really wants something from her. It isn't the mother he wants. I think the mother needs Gong-Il to keep the husband by her side. It's him. And he's persistent. I doubt that he'll stop. Maybe she'll get a stalker as her father try to figure out the guy she with to exploit to his advantage.
