I can see why Imu killed Saturn as punishment. Saturn had secretly allowed the scientists to take Emeth and study it rather than destroy it as command. This act alone guaranteed the Marine's failures in the Egghead Incident because:

• The Iron Giant was where the snail was hidden and thus most of Vegapunk's message was released into the world
• The Iron Giant, using Joyboy's haki, had saved Luffy and helped him and his allies escape from the Five Elders clutches

If it weren't for the Iron Giant, the World Government may have actually won this entire event. And as such, Saturn was the one who allowed it to happen. Ironic.

Isn't he on the Sunny? I don't think we've had 100% confirmation that the main body is dead, although it seems likely. If he is alive then it would make the Satellites outsmarting York have less impact.

With how big the world government is, those clowns would not have felt the effects of the chaos in the world but at least with this, I guess they are starting to feel it.
