So how exactly do Toriko and Luffy know each other despite coming from different worlds? I get its a one-shot crossover but we still need an explanation.
Also I love how the capture level of that pig/fox/tiger beast was immeasurable, but Luffy defeated it with ease. If anything, this shows us that the authors knew how weak Luffy is compared to everything in the Toriko World so they made it immeasurable in an attempt to make him look more impressive. If Luffy and his crew went to the Toriko world, they would get destroyed by any of the Sous Chefs like Tommyrod. They would get swatted like annoying flies, that's how huge the power difference between Toriko and One Piece is.
