At One Punch-Man "Ch. 122 - Unknown" (https://mangadex.org/chapter/758717/1) the chapter selector dropdown will display "Ch. 133 - Something Huge (2)" instead.
Not a functional bug, just the display itself. Haven't seen it happening anywhere else.
