I'm gonna say it, world building from ONE has always been amazing, and I'm shocked that after all this time it's still being built with each new release. NO signs of the story dying down any time soon, or at least that's what it feels like!

with the introduction of new strong heroes by neo heroes there is still some story that need to be told about. I hope it's not another disappointment as in naruto world building

I'm betting that the invading force is using old hardware/software he designed, meaning it's either Metal Knight and/or the Hero Association running a false flag operation. Target themselves first along with the civilians to create an alibi and create sympathy, then sic the robot army and wipe out the competition (Neo).

Then frame Child Emperor as a traitor/kid having a temper tantrum because "things weren't going his way".

that's an extremely farfetched idea considering his reaction and the current circumstances. you just need to pay attention to how the executives of the neo heroes are acting as well as what's going on in every city being attacked.

I'm not really sure what's the point of destroying the cities so brutally, they want to send a message? Right now because is all centered in one location (more like one or two states) is not that crazy but say they do the same in a global scale, then what's next? Only robots left?

The destruction is so heavy that there's not much left for all the other subplots like sweet mask, everyone was shocked that he was a monster, but if the destruction continues like this, there will be no one left to really care.

it's simple really, the point of the destruction on such a wide scale is to spread the hero association thin, make the people lose faith in them on a global scale, and then swoop in to save the day with no one being the wiser. the only flaw in their plan is child emperor being far smarter than they realized. it looks like he discovered something about these robots and is suspicious of the neo heroes now.

Something's wrong, I can feel it. An organisation capable of creating robots this powerful, in that many units is bound to be capable of building something even more dangerous. This wave seems to be there only to test and overwhelm the heroes' response, which was always plagued itself by a barely okay quantity with a way too rare quality.

I really like this Neo-Heroes introduction for that, especially in a story about Saitama, who can solo anyone. That still leaves a need for a lot of others heroes that need to show up and do their part, as Saitama can't be everywhere.

And seeing Suryu again made me re-read that moment where Saitama saved him. Great to see him rise up to the occasion again now
