What the heck I thought this was a romance series how are they going to make them siblings. With one chapter left have no idea how this ends.

Did I miss a chapter? Feels like I missed a chapter. I’m worried, because that explain was really rushed and out of nowhere (way too soon for a series a like this). Makes me feel like I’m in for an axed ending, and yeah the story has felt pretty... pretty bad with the last few chapters (rushed and kinda random), so not exactly left field I guess. I am sad because I wanted to see where this series would go at first. Now it kinda feels like its getting the axe for poor ratings (or however they determine these things in japan) and the author’s perfectly fine with that because they had no idea how to resolve and explain this complicated background and setting that they themselves didn’t really understand.

Yeah, this may be one of those that got too complicated way too quickly, without setting up a proper foundation first. It just dove right into conflict without most of the details. Normally, if you do this, it is because the premise of the story is shallow. Something like a few chapters per each arc in which you get a new enemy to defeat with no significant plot progression. This was like all of that, but just for the first arc, then just switch gears to full on continuously introducing heavy shit (like international arms "grooming", posessions, etc...) without concluding any of it and writing it like it is already expected and had been established a while ago.

Maybe if this series took its time, built up a solid foundation for a setting, did some gradual world building, while not just being info dump after info dump, it could have gone farther. The premise was really good too (though maybe too similar to JoJo). Characters were somewhat interesting and not too cliche. Just the repeated info dump after info dump with no real progression and where any significant conflict is resolved almost instantly, this was bound to get axed sooner than later.

2 things I have noticed kill what would be good stories are introducing boring politics into an adventure/fantasy story and endless chapters of info dumps. These are not the only ways, but they have a pretty high success rate at getting a series axed. I wouldnt be that suprised if this gets axed soon too.

Sad.
But I have expected it would be axed from the start.
Somehow it has that feel.
But it's a rushed axed, which would be even sadder.

Honestly, this manga is a bit straight forward, need a bit twist here and there.

Am I missing something, or did this sibling shit come out of fuckin' no where?

Agreed with the others; this shit, even for something that got axed, is rushed as all hell. Honestly, good, this was not going anywhere good if this is where we're ending.
