Speaking of time passing, does it look like Momiji's had a growth spurt to anyone else? It looks like she's about the same height as Kaede in this chapter while she was noticeably shorter at the end of the last one.

I don't think this chapter was presented in a way that this conclusion can be drawn.

Most of the height difference between people is made up by the legs. You can't get an accurate comparison when people are sitting. In scenes where they are standing, Momiji is closer to the camera. The perspective of the smaller, simplified character art is also all messed up. The size of the car vs the characters is also inconsistent.
I guess they discovered space expansion magic. That, or Nekotoufu just went with the minimum effort for some panels.

The manga has taken place over more than a year thus far in series as far as I can tell. So like it simultaneously is and is not happening to Mahiro a lot. So, like it's not a weekly or seemingly even monthly occurrence but it's still happened like 10 times over a hundred chapters
