Very correct. And at this point, he cannot go back anymore. Had he stopped being the cute girl, the friends will be all over them asking where she goes. If he confesses, they'd be freaked out and potentially the sister be caught by LEO for various things including handling dangerous chemicals without license or stuff like that. Either way, he cannot go back and he must remain girl the entire lifetime. Still though, I'm curious about what they'd do to the birth certificate and all other documentations.

@Tonikill1 in the past chapters it was hinted it was the actual reason why he became a hikki, being overshadowed by her genius sister like that made him just give up. It's probably also the reason why Mihari's really focused on fixing him back again as she probably wants him back to the olden days where he was more sociable with her (especially since she's a huge brocon).

Pretty sugary cute~ he returned the favor for all the cookies she made for him there and complimented her. Especially since he kinda realized the effort she did for him in the past through Kaede.

Thinking about it, it kinda reminded me of that pretty depressing h-doujin by Ichihaya (Imouto wa genius series) where the sister was a genius and overshadowed her brother on all things and he started to resent her, so she deliberately impaired her intellect through an accident for him to not hate her. Thankfully this is more on the happy side at least xD.
