Not exactly. I'd say he doesn't hate it, but in that very specific instance where the drug was wearing off he wanted to not be caught being a guy during a fuckin' onsen trip where he had already been in the baths with a couple of underage girls with no relation to him so it couldn't be laughed off as "Oh you, you siblings still bathe together at your ages? It's time to grow up a little" or such. The only reason he can get along with these new friends of his the way he does is maintaining the transformation. The second he goes back to being a man, he'll just be "Mahiro's" eldest sibling at best to them, or possibly the criminal scum who used his sister's mad science to ogle a bunch of young girls in various scenarios where their guards were down because they thought he was a young girl too. Either they start acting like they don't really know him because they think he's a different person, or they start treating him like a piece of shit for being a piece of shit.
