@goodie-bag @CoolOtamegane If you're talking about the underskort, don't think of it that way, think of it as a covering for panties that prevents the actual panties from being seen. It's fine if people see the underskort because that's what it's there for. It'll be made of thicker material than regular panties, also making it harder for a cameltoe to form. This doesn't mean guys won't keep trying to get a peek at them, as the tennis-club president in Ueno-san wa Bukiyou can attest.

If you're talking about the show-off panties from page 2, that's quite simple: they're sexier panties that you don't mind the right person seeing. Think what a girl wears when she knows her boyfriend/girlfriend will get a look at them. Doesn't mean you'd want everyone to see them, but that they aren't panties you'd be embarrassed for even your bf/gf to see you in. (Like old ratty ones that have a couple of holes, but are really comfortable and/or all the rest are dirty so you had to wear them. The whole "skort" part of the name made me think of what my kid wears to school - basically shorts with a fake skirt over the top of em so it looks like a skirt but anyone peeks, just shorts.

Thank you for the drolls trivia. Never would’ve figured that one out and that type of underwear is basically impossible to research between all the weird voyeur stuff and the fact that it apparently isn’t very popular.

@aister read about that too. Apparently in some tennis leagues, it’s against regulations for female players to wear anything other than skirts, thus the weird bloomers became a thing. I think most modern players just wear compression shorts underneath when they’re subject to this.
