Here's how this manga works:

• Main chapters get posted on pixiv
• Doujinshi volumes compile 3 chapters, with an extra chapter like this one (or several very small extras), mini-extras to each chapter (a bonus panel with some funny follow-up), and bonus full color drawings (usually 1 per chapter). There's 24 of them so far.
• Tankoubon volumes compile 10 chapters, with all bonus content from doujinshi (except colored drawings) plus a standalone extra chapter (mainly flashback extras). There's 7 of them so far.
• Every so often, there's an extra doujinshi (marked EX-number) with a standalone chapter. There's 3 of them so far.

Mihari's senpai would have had to create an identity for Mahiro, so a background check might pass muster. I'll bet he's not listed on the family registry, but I doubt they'd check that thoroughly.

i don't think mihari has this level of connections to literally forge a fake documents like the only reason why mahiro is frequenting that school is because mihari senpai is related to the school director that's also why nyutan is in the same class as mahiro in the first place
