She has no memory of her first death either. It seems after the mission of revival was completed, she no longer gets those perks.

From chapter 15: "Throughout this scenario, the 'Resurrection' power you possess will continue to be effective for Nanase Nao. Nanase Nao will lose this power at the end of the scenario.'" Since they defeated the Werewolf and ended the scenario, she lost this power and thus can't start a new loop at her death.

As for the chapter, wonder what the world his skill is that let's him command a dullahan monster like that. I'm not too worried about the girl though, that skill probably keeps her alive no matter what as long as she is treated properly soon.

Just because it hasn't triggered yet, doesn't mean it won't, she might not have completely died yet. People don't just instantly die the moment they're stabbed, it could take a few minutes for a person to bleed out.
