It takes a really good translator to get the little flavors/aji of a phrase and parse it into English!
As somebody who is a professional editor and proofreader, I'm honestly impressed.

Cause is a Slice of Life manga, if you want something more gore theres plenty for where to take, just not harem or isekais, their usually cringy with that stuff you hate, just watch a NTR then _u
