onlyAvailableChapters/Has translated chapters

onlyAvailableChapters filters out mangas with 0 entries & enables language filter.
the "Has translated chapters" checkbox toggles onlyAvailableChapters. I personally like that it filters out mangas with 0 chapters, but its unclear behavior. Maybe a tooltip for the checkbox would be nice that explains what it actually does or if any language is selected just to enable onlyAvailableChapters & rename the checkbox to "Has chapters"
