Yeah, enough force to lift him up and send him flying concentrated into the point of a finger should probably have done some damage to his skull, then there's the stress on his neck from lifting the rest of the body with the force concentrated in the forehead and this really should have ended with flesh splattered all over the place.

We'll just have to say that, since she was trying very hard not to hurt him, magic somehow took the concentrated force of the finger flick and spread it evenly over the body while partially protecting him from impact when he finally hit the wall. Also, there definitely was some magic healing of some sort, though I think the kid might still be concussed and have no memory of why he was there.

Not if the MC is working on game logic, a lot of strength resulting in the IRL result of sending the boy flying but since it was holding back it only caused 1 damage and stunned him for a time.

I honestly feel like this would work better as an Otome Isekai instead of the current state where she is superpowered purely for the sake of causing gags and making her freak out about not being normal.
