Not really, no. This whole manga is essentially a "metaphor" of how women are generally perceived as worker in Japan (Working simple jobs only until they find a man to marry, then become housewives, prefferably before 25) while forcing the trait.
It's not meant to be subtle in the slightest, probably to avoid people simply going "it's not THAT bad". Sometimes, you have to rub it in and parody/exagerations has always been a way to do that.
It also point out how those expectations of women is so anchored into everyday life that the men don't even register that there is a problem to begin with.
And of course, it also poke fun at how most shonen are written, with women expected to either be in support role or wear skimpy armor that offer no actual protection while fawning over the main character for no other reason than he's the mc.
