This manga is so cliché, drawings are simple as hell, everything about this literally screams "DON'T READ ME, THERE IS NOTHING INTERESTING HERE!", but just throw some soft porn here and there, some pantyshots, some nipples, maybe little camel toe and out of nowhere we got thing with score above 7, while without those things it'd never get that much attention and positive reception. Like, literally, this manga is hot piece of trash.

For one thing the mc isn't a weak willed loser beta slug like the millions of other mcs out there. That in itself makes it worth reading.

The one thing that came to mind in regards to this was to kind of "force" the typesetting to not have unnatural breakages of words within any given speech bubble. Beyond that I've got nothing.

This is her actual home, as opposed the dorm complex they all live in. Of course, the purpose of living in a dorm is usually the proximity it has to school seems to be defeated if her own house is this close to start with.

Also the weird writing of the manga itself doesn't really help either. I mean, the idea that some girl just casually flashes herself to the MC sounds like a perfect plot for a comedy ecchi manga. But the humor in this manga is too dead and in-your-face that it's not even funny.

I'd say likely none, mostly because there's no childhood friend in the first place, just a background girl that the MC met at school and began to hang out with for a while.

I checked the raw, and this was a mistranslation. There's no dorm involved.

They were in Hazuki's apartment. The "one floor normal house" that was shown in that panel was the other girl's house.
When she said "it's a nice place", Hazuki replied with "it's normal. Isn't your house the one that's amazing?"
